🌸DHABA STYLE CHICKEN KARAHI🌸⁣




Ingredients: ⁣
🍗Chicken 1 kg ⁣
🍗Tomatoes 8-9. ⁣
🍗Green Chillies ⁣
🍗Salt 1 tsp or acc to taste⁣
🍗Red chilli powder 1 tsp⁣
🍗Coriander powder 1 tsp⁣
🍗Oil 3/4 cup⁣
🍗Yogurt half cup (optional)⁣
🍗Black pepper 1 tsp⁣
🍗Garam masala 1/2 tsp⁣
🍗 Half lemon's juice⁣

Method: ⁣


🍅Heat oil in the wok and add chicken. Fry it on high flame until it changes color then add ginger garlic and after some time add all the spices except black pepper and garam masala. ⁣

🍅Mix well then cut the tomatoes in halves, put over chicken and cover the lid. Don't chop the tomatoes, just cut in halves.⁣

 🍅Keep flame low to medium for 8 min then uncover the lid and pluck the peel of tomatoes with the help of a fork or chimta 😛⁣

🍅Mix the tomatoes and let it cook on medium flame. Add green chillies. I add lots of green chillies because I believe they increase the flavor in karahi.⁣

🍅When tomatoes become mushy add black pepper and garam masala. Let it simmer for 5 min and karahi is ready.⁣

🍅If you want to add more flavour, then add yogurt in the end and let it cook and immerse well or until oil comes on the surface.⁣

🍅Garnish with fresh green coriander and add half lemon's juice. Serve with hot nans. ⁣
