When I first tried them, I made them with half of all the ingredients because I wasn't sure how it will turn out but it was so yummier, tasted like chicken nuggets!!
It's such a jhatpat tyar hone wala snack that even if some guests arrive and you can prepare it easily in less time and ta-daa it would be a really nice and new addition to tea time snacks!
Here goes the recipe!
Ingredients:
1) boiled chicken (handful)
2) chopped shimla mirch (handful)
3) 2 packets boiled knorr noodles
4) tastemakers masalas
5) 2 eggs
6) black pepper, a good generous pinch
7) salt ( 2 generous pinches)
8)soya sauce ( approx 2 squirts)
9)cornflour 2 heapful tbsp
Method:
Add boiled chicken and capsicum into noodles, mix them, add eggs and mix. add tastemakers, salt n black pepper. mix and add soya sauce.
add cornflour (add a little more if it is still wet)
make kababs n shallow fry until you get golden brown color!
Done!
